Public Hearing on Short-term Rentals at HRM Council Chambers February 21st, 2023

Halifax Regional Council held a Public Hearing at City Hall on February 21, 2023.  It was widely attended and included supporters and opponents of the recommendations on short-term rentals contained in the HRM Staff Report of December 7, 2022.  Council approved the Motion to accept the recommendations.  However, implementation of the regulation was delayed until September 1, 2023.
